Fili joined Google in 2005 and works as a support engineer supporting ad traffic quality efforts across all languages. Previously, he has also supported search quality efforts across European languages and was a Google guide for the Dutch Webmaster help group. Fili has a degree in information services and management from the Hanze University in Groningen, The Netherlands.
